Power Research Institute GAN+DBC Module_Hera 100 Product Launch

On the afternoon of September 19, 2022, the Power Supply Research Institute held the product launch event for the GAN+DBC Module_hera 100 in the Group’s main conference room. This marks Qinji’s first independently developed third-generation semiconductor application integrated chip—dubbed the “Qinji Chip.” Liu Yang, Director of the Power Supply Research Institute, introduced the “Qinji Chip” by elaborating on market research findings, product background, features, and advantages. The debut of the “Qinji Chip” represents a significant breakthrough in power supply technology on the OMO platform and is also a crucial step forward for the Power Supply Research Institute in supporting the Semiconductor Business Unit’s mission to become “the preferred comprehensive semiconductor service provider for major clients, driven by technological innovation.”
