PANJIT has launched automotive-grade 200V ultra-fast recovery rectifiers, the MER & MSR series, with rated currents ranging from 1A to 20A. The low-profile packages include SOD-123FL, SOD-123HE, SMA, SMB, SMAF-C, and SMBF, suitable for surface-mount replacement of conventional axial-leaded or MELF devices. High-power packages include TO-220AC, ITO-220AC, TO-220AB, and ITO-220AB. A total of 62 products have been introduced, among which 25 part numbers are AEC-Q101 qualified.
Strongly uses platinum-doping technology to control reverse recovery time, offering two types: 20nS and 35nS. These ultra-fast recovery rectifiers enhance switching loss performance and provide soft recovery to reduce EMI, while their low forward voltage drop improves system design efficiency. For the chip structure, a planar process is adopted to enhance mechanical robustness.
The MER & MSR series can be applied in general rectification, reverse polarity protection, switching, and freewheeling circuit designs, such as in automotive applications including Auto-hold, ESP, and water pumps.
