On January 16, 2026, the Group successfully held its 2025 Annual BPO Performance Review Meeting. Centered on the theme “Review for Improvement, Exchange for Consensus,” the meeting comprehensively assessed the strategic execution outcomes of all Business Units (BPs), jointly discussed the 2026 development plan, and advanced the deep implementation of the Group’s AI-driven digital transformation and financial compliance enhancement strategies. All BPs overcame challenges, with three newly added BPs surpassing the RMB 1 billion annual revenue milestone, demonstrating strong resilience. Recognizing the varying team sizes and performance levels among BPs, the Group’s Objective Performance Steering Committee (OPS) revived this performance review meeting to create a vital platform for self-assessment, mutual learning, and strategic alignment.

1. Focus on Core Strengths: While the company operates diverse businesses, its vitality and core scenarios are concentrated in BPO, particularly the PCB segment, which has shown outstanding performance—requiring deeper focus to amplify this advantage;

Following rigorous evaluation, five BPO leaders—Gao Cuilian, Xiao Chuanping, Liang Feng, Gong Zhao, and Xie Tonglin—ranked in the top five of the performance review scoring.
